Free and Easy Hong Kong (Day 4 Part1)

Day 4 of our trip in Hong Kong. It was Wenesday on Day 4, hence, our plan is to visit Snoopy World at Shatin and then visit the science or space muzium as it is free entrance on Wednesday for all muzuim to our understanding. Then, later at night visit the sympony of lights.

Sad to state, the weather is not frendly on that day, rainy like cats and dogs. Anyway, we can't just sit there and do nothing. Take bath and eat inside the hotel. Then, took the MRT to visit Snoopy in the hope it is indoor which I doubt. At least it is located at a shopping mall and the MRT stops at the shopping mall also. What heck...go la!?

Once we reached there, the shopping mall is huge and sells alot of branded stuff like Geogio Armani, Gucci, and so on. Still raining...so we went for McD with the children together. Alot of student in Hong Kong is taking their breakfast in McD also and very very hard to find place to sit..crowded..

In Malaysia, there isn't any but by now whoever is reading, I think our McD should be selling already. Or yes....McD in Hong Kong sells pork meat also....should try it....but I still prefer Thailand McD pork meat...better...no idea why also?


See McCafe...this one me and my wife really want to try their cafe....it really smells good and a variety of flavour..something like Starbucks. Anyway, with the kids...it is a No...No...situation...Hope Malaysia will have one.

Yes...rainy stops..quickly go to Snoopy World to take some photos if not rain again pula. By the way, it is free.

All the characters is there for you to enjoy.


They also have the bus, which is empy inside where the kids can go inside and run like mad. It is safe nothing to worried but again inside is empty...


There is also a Snoopy's playground there also. It is closed because raining loh!!! But good and bad. Good because of rainy, there isn't any Hong Kong people around...that is the fun part. The bad part...cannot play some of the games.

They also have shipped for the children to sit on the boat and have a small tour. Since it is not operational, just took some photos of what the children can see. Adult...I doubt they allowed you to sit.

By right, we were planning to go to visit "Wong Tai Shin"one but due to the weather, we did not visit and go visit the Science Muzium.

Free and Easy Hong Kong (Day 3 Part 4)

This is the last part of the day 3 trip on Ocean Park. We are about to go home already, but before that, we are waiting for the last show of the day at 5pm. So, while pasting time, we went to the children playground...everything is free as you have paid the entrance fee. So we took the wheel as no need to wait and the scenery is not bad.


Sorry, this one you all need to pay for it. My kids just sit there only..he!he!

OK need to go to the show, it is a closing show by the way. Just a fun way to say good bye and been entertain...something like a clown show but enjoying after whole day inside there.


OK need to cabut already. Before took a photo as a souvenier at the main entrance which we did not took any photo when rushing in.

Time is already close to 6pm...rush for the bus. Need to queue to take the bus ride. Do nothing on the bus while waiting for people to board the bus, took a photo of the outside...got Dolphins....



Went to hotel, took shower and off to take dinner at outside. It was late...I think about 8:30pm already. Luckily, behind the hotel is the Temple Street...the end street got alot of food. Go and have a look, alot of claypot rice...read alot of people saying that Malaysian one is better...ai ya..hungry just try one HKD18 cheapest for chicken, pork....anything for a single meat la!!! See the outcome of the claypot rice....

This one cost HKD18 with the pork and the rice.

This one is the chicken and the sausage...I think cost about HKD24 kua...forgot...but just the chicken is HKD18........

$%*@%$*@ (grumble)..... I need to my own sauce..they are located the table...you need to mixed your own...plus a lot of people eating...so be prepare to share tables hor!!! Final mixing..... @$%@&%@$ (continue grumble)


Additional ordering is the Oyster and egg.... so so only...I still Malaysia is much much better..... I don't like it but Hong Kong people eating there alot..... either their taste got problem or we Malaysian food is too darn good.

Take stroll on the Temple market, a bit rainy....but tahan and managed to see a glimpse of the side road singing shows.....and rain came pouring and cabut go hotel and sleep....

Free and Easy Hong Kong (Day 3 Part 3)

Hello and welcome back to Day 3 Part 3 (trip to Hong kong and currently in Ocean Park in progress of writing). This is a daunting task, no wonder some information on other blogs been missing or skipped. Anyway, I try to furnish all.

Ok continue with the trip, we are now rushing back to the other theme park to see the most important show provided from Ocean Park. This time, we took the underground water train which is faster than the cable car.


While waiting to board the train, take a photo for remembrance. Nothing much on the train but quick, I think about 2-3minutes arrived already or I might be wrong.

When reached the other side of the theme park. We are at the top of the hill. So take a break and take a snack. The kids are eating biscute and enjoying the scenery and weather. Very breeze.

We are rushing to see the Ocean Park Main Theater shows. Our show began at about 3 but when we reached there at about 2:50 like that...plenty of people...very hard to find place to sit. Thank GOD there are some sit just for us and can see alot of stuff. Not bad....oh..while waiting...got live Mexican song...OK show began....



I think the main theme of this show center on the Dolphin. Fantastic and enjoying...my two kids love it and enjoy all the way.....

This one, my youngest laugh....why...this is the show where 2 spectators are welcome to the main stage and touch the dolphin and the sealion (sorry no sealion pictures...enjoying the show too much). Anyway, 1 spectacular is actual while the other one is an employee pretended to be one. Anyway, the employee felt into the pool and the dolphin saves him...so simple...

Final stage....shows ending with all the sea animal coming up to state good bye. After the show, we go to walk around this theme park because we didn't explore them and have time before the next show at another theme park....

We did not expect much but suprising, we can see sea lion up close...except touching it. Enjoy the pictures as the sea lion is acting or lazying......

Before departing to the next blog or going to the next theme park. A picture of the theme park which we did not enjoy....none of my kids are allowed...so did not enjoy.

Free and Easy Hong Kong (Day 3 Part 2)

It has been awhile since my last blog. So, do try to understand as I try to remember the schedule. Oh yes, day 3 in this part 2 series, we are at Ocean Park. We have taken the cable car to the next stop. Here, the children is taking a photo with a mermaid....if look carefully...McD exist in the park but the price is a bit steep. Hence, there are other foods inside the Ocean Park, so just look around..you can missed it.

Next stop is to watch the Jelly Fish, this is one of the Ocean Park stuff which is not to missed.

The building looks much better that the previous Ocean Aquarium, so enjoy the jelly fish ...






After enjoying the jelly fish, as we are located very close to the cable car station. Ok..ON BOARD ...the cable car back to the main entrance theme park. Because there are some shows which is on-going on that theme.

(PS: There are many shows like what Disney is offering. So plan properly)

When we are at the main entrance theme park, there is still plenty of time to enjoy. So, we go and visit THE BEAR...

WOI!!!! Apa ini.....tidur punya BEAR...oops...sorry it is the PANDA which I am trying to state :)

Never scare, ther is more than 1 Panda...see this in action as it began eat some bamboo shoots.


If look at the picture, the Panda seems to watching us first before consuming the foods....as it trying to tell us..."Don't bother me...I am taking a snack" ha!ha!

OK....need to go some birds performing...


Exciting at the beginning, them started boring. My youngest tumbang......zzzzzzzz

So, we move to the next show if in time since the elder is awake and seems to be enjoying it. See Sea Lion and the big...one...forget ...remind me ok.



Most of the presentation is either in Mandarin or English. They mixed them....so if you know Mandarin and don't know English...so you are half hald la!!! Anyway, if should not be a concern as they try to link them. The sea lion show so so only la!!! Never seen a live one....so excited at the begining...later my elder also tumbang...what to do tired already.......so take rest and continue on Part 3 .
